Beverly Kuykendall's experience includes government engagement related to establishing priorities at the federal level. She also implements strategies to represent the firm before executive levels of the government including members of Congress, Staffers and Administration appointed officials. Her role includes how to assess and communicate potential federal opportunities back to the business.

At AMD, Ms. Kuykendall has P&L Responsibility for the Government Unit and in September 2015, AMD was awarded a government contract to work with the United States Agency for International Development and the Defense Logistics Agency to provide more than 1 Million Adult Hygiene Kits and Regular Hygiene Kits in response to the Syrian Refugee Effort. In March 2016, AMD was awarded a $1.2 billion government contract for the provision of medical supplies to more than 60 VA Medical Centers from Florida to Maine.

Beverly is the recipient of numerous awards, including the 50 Most Powerful Minority Women in Business, Supplier of the Year by the Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council, 2013 Small Business Champion of the Year by the Los Angeles District office of the U.S. Small Business Association, Entrepreneur of the Year by the Black Business Association of Los Angeles, and Advocate of the Year by the National Association of Minority Contractors of Southern California. Most recently, she was recognized by Legacy Magazine as one of South Florida's 25 Most Influential and Prominent Women in Business and Leadership for 2015.
