Sree Anand Ratnasinghe is the executive director of IBM Garage. She leads a global organization of senior technical architects, specialists, and designers for IBM. She has been implementing and coaching her team on a style of leadership that employs empathy while holding people to high standards, especially during COVID. She's an advocate, a coach, a mentor for women in technology and also facilitates leadership development education. She has a mission to help organizations transform through modern cloud technology, delivery practices, and cultural behaviors.
It is obvious when you meet her that her values are firmly grounded in integrity, ethics, and respect for the individual. These values are the foundation for being a champion for diversity and inclusion - not only in the corporate venue but in her local community. She is currently serving as a Board Member of WomenNC involved in developing an advocacy strategy.
